With our free delivery service, large heavy items such as scooters, powerchairs, rise and recline chairs and beds will have a 'curb side delivery'. If you wish for delivery and setup inside your home, then you will need to choose our setup delivery service, details can be found Here

Worldwide Online Order Process

1. Place your order online as normal (You will not be charged any postage/delivery)
2. We will then work out the best possible option for delivery of your goods to your part of the world.
3. We will send you a link via email to make the payment for the delivery costs.
4. If you are happy with the costs follow the instructions on the email and click on the link to make payment.
5. You will also be offered the option to pay over the phone by calling our showroom during UK opening times

Taxes & Duties

Please note that if taxes and/or duties are incurred for your parcel, it will be your responsibility to cover these fees for shipping to proceed. Parcels that arrive at their international destinations are subject to customs clearance procedures which may cause a delay in the original estimated delivery timeframe.
