To serve customers well. We also aim to fulfill our responsibilities to the communities and environments in which we operate.
We are a one stop shop for all your independent living needs supplying and servicing the general public and organisations such as the NHS, G4S, Canary Wharf, local councils, Universities and Care homes.
Collectively we have over 30 years experience working in the mobility industry, this along with our reputation and ethics allows us to bring the correct product and solution for the individual needs.

At First Choice Mobility our specialist Sales and Parts team have many years’ experience and are available by telephone or email to advise and recommend solutions. (Please see below)
Our Parts team will ensure they source the correct part or alternative solutions for you, from inner tubes to motors, tyres to throttle pots or handsets for rise and recliners – our parts team will ensure it’s the correct part for your particular product.
Our Sales team have extensive product knowledge and will discuss and understand your requirements and only then recommend solutions for you, from Scooters to wheelchairs, Rise and Recliners to Powerchairs.
Our Sales team specialise in bespoke and tailor made products to suit your need. Tilt and Space Rise and Recliners and Wheelchairs, Bariatric Products, Rise and Recliners, Wheelchairs and Powerchairs.
First Choice Mobility Limited are proud members of the Motability Scheme, through Motability, we provide all you need to get a power chair or mobility scooter.
Our Motability trained staff will be there every step of the way to you having your powered mobility product.
We arrange your order and deliver your scooter or power chair, after that, we look after you with our great after sales services built into the Motability package.

- Tankerton branch is open 6 days a week from 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday 10am to 4pm Saturdays,
- Margate Branch is open 5 days a week from 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday
